Memberships

Summer pool memberships are available to families and individuals from all communities. Membership is required for each participating family member; transferring single or couple memberships among household members is not permitted. Children age 2 and under are exempt.

Rates

Membership types and rates for 2024 are listed below.

 (* To qualify for a Senior membership, one or more individuals must be age 65 or older)

A family membership is intended to cover up to 2 parents and their legally dependent children - other relatives wishing to use the pool need to purchase their own membership or utilize guest passes.

At least one party of any membership must be 18 or older - WGCSRA cannot form contracts with minors.

Renewing members may renew their memberships by logging into the site and following the prompts for renewal.  New members are welcome to sign up!

Guest passes

Each member unit is allowed to purchase 10 guest passes over the course of the summer at a cost of $10 per pass.  Each pass is valid for admitting 1 guest on a single occasion, though members can choose how to use them (for example, have 10 guests in a single visit or spread them out over the summer).

Passes are purchased at the time of admittance at the front desk; fees must be paid before your guests may be admitted.  No guests will be allowed on holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day).  Guest passes are not available for non-members.

DECK Rental

The elevated pool deck can be rented by members for private parties of up to 35 guests (guests may include both members and non-members) at a rate of $210 for 2 hours.  Pool management may limit deck rentals on dates on which large crowds are expected.  To arrange a rental, please contact Heather Welter at heatherwelter1@gmail.com.
